Me and Beth used to kick around here and take photos of each-other.

This was the closest warm place. We camped in landfills and eat fish caught from the sea cooked in alfoil with sliced potatoes and veg.

The best Australia Day event in the region was the Raft Race in Burrum Heads. Insurance closed it down the following year.

Got to know this place so well they would let me in for free because they knew I was a good guide. I paid for the summer washing dishes. That was an awesome summer.
