Objectives
I have a background in organising and managing events: theatre, festivals, a circus and a charity. This has given me a good body of versatile and transferable skills. In recent years I have been able to get myself into higher education and have the better part of a Bachelor of Arts degree. I believe my skills could be useful to UN and international NGO’s in Timor Leste. I have secured a grant that wil pay me a basic living wage to study Timorise language and culture. Expat culture is a part of the whole dynammic of Timorise culture. It would help my research if I I had a job; I would be able to work for free for a few months.
