The simple Truth is
If there is a Truth out there
Most of it is beyond our sensory range
Then only available in the moment
How ever small that may be
If it exists at all
Then otherwise reliant on memory
That is to say the least
Unreliable
From this position of doubt you need to find something reliable to believe in; there you find your truth. There are three kinds of truth: truth as a adjective, that is the relationship between a belief and a fact. If you believe grass is green and grass dose have that quality green; then what you believe is true. Then there is truth as a noun, that would be the greenness of grass; or reality. Then there is spiritual truth, which has its own properties.”
